I arranged for my car(Honda City) to be transported from Chandigarh to Bangalore, already costing me Rs 20, 000. The car had 30 liters worth of petrol when I gave it to them, despite the company asking for just 15 liters. When the car arrived in Bangalore, the guy called in and said there’s not enough petrol and that he’d fill in Rs 1, 000 worth of petrol in the car and deliver. However, when he reached near my office, he called up that the car is not working and that I should come there and take possession there and do whatever I want to do with a car that’s not starting up. In the middle of the day I had to push my car to a stopover, called up Honda, asked them for a tow which costed me another Rs 2, 000.
Honda’s fixing costed me another Rs 5, 000. Also, I gave the guy who was driving my car Rs 1, 500 instead of Rs 1, 000 because he was inconvenienced. Now, the Honda guys told me that the car did not have a penny of petrol left. Not only did these guys stole petrol that was in the car, they extracted extra cash out of me, and the battery of my car also suffered from excessive starting tries when there was no petrol left. They are cheap people and no one should ever do business with them. I just don’t understand these cheap attempts to extract some pennies out of the customer and not taking care of the work they have been paid to do. Believe me, I am never ever going for these crooks and neither should you. The pain after paying up through your nose is just not worth it. I haven’t even checked my car to see if some accessories or anything are missing. Hope they’re not.
On top of that, when I called the person to tell him what happened and that I did not expect such shoddy and cheap behaviour, he started shouting at me that this is all my fault and that I should not be complaining since the car was delivered anyway. I just put the phone down. I just don’t know how a business can afford to survive treating their customers as dogs after getting payment from them.
