We moved from Delhi to Dibrugarh, Assam in end Oct’10 .Unfortunately, we chose Agrawal Packers& Movers to pack and transfer our household goods and car and it turned out to be the most nightmarish decision of our lives.
We are in the forces and have moved so many times in the last 20 years and did all the packing ourselves and not even once in all these years was anything damaged. This time due to long distance, we chose to engage professional packers. The kind of unprofessional service provided is unbelievable! I wonder how they were given ISO9001 certification. There was a lot of damage and all the cartons were torn with stuff spilling out of them and lot of items missing. The car was driven from Guwahati to Dibrugarh which is 500 kms.
The staff was most uncooperative and whatever was promised was not fulfilled. We paid through our nose and were horribly disappointed from start to finish.
