I had very very bad experience with Agarwal.
July-2015 I have shifted my goods from Chennai to Hyderabad with consignment number CHE029128. During delivery time my item got missed and one item got damaged.
I have following up with Agarwal from last one year, but there is no progress.
I have called so many times and sent mails also but there side no response. I have called to customer care so many times past one year, every time same response "we will check and will arrange call back" but there is no call back and no mail reply. My suggestion Please don’t go with Agarwal.
