I just want to make you aware on the quality of logistic provided by DRS group Agarwal movers and packers. This is no Agarwal movers and packers but they endorsed them like that.
I booked them for relocating my household from Ahm to Kol. I did full payment on the same day of relocation and it was told that goods would be reaching to Kol in 8 days however it took 16 days and was agreed to send the dedicated truck but I found this truck was changed in between and they have no control on drivers and goods has been reloaded on some other container and became the cause of damages of goods. When it was reached to Kol. dinner set, book shelves, shoe racks screws of double bed were found damages and later in items also many items found missing like watches.
When I am complaint to their Hyd office, not taking seriously and daily transferring the things for tom’o.
when I said to go to social media and all, they said already so many customers if few of they would go not affect their business.
This is my request and appeal to all of you. Pl dont consider them as a logistic service provider and choose some other option.
