We had harrowing experience with Agarwal Packers & Movers of DRS Group last year.
From Top to Bottom - the response and customer support has been most pathetic.
Over and above the freight paid - the loaders ASK for TIP, the Driver of the Truck asks for TIP.!
I paid for Insurance at 3% of the the cost of material to them so that I am more secured.
My car’s windscreen was broken on arrival at Noida, The gear lever was dislodged, so could not reverse the car, the car was dirty and messy!. It reached after 12 days!
from Mumbai, NO COMPENSATION. My money for Insurance wasted.
The Material was loaded on 2nd July( kept on past midnight, 2 am). and reached on
9th July. We were told that we should be there in Noida on 6th July to receive the goods. Accordingly we left Mumbai and had to stay in a hotel /relatives until 9th July.
The unloaders came in at 1030 am and till 8 pm half the job was done. I requested them to come the next day for assembly for dining table, beds etc.NO ONE CAME and repeated phones, calls emails. nothing moved. DISGUSTING and FRUSTRATING.
please AVOID THIS COMPANY or PAY GOOD TIPS, READ THE CONTRACT THOROUGHLY. uncouth, unread and hopeless team .
