Pathetic. I booked for group of 3 household stuff including mine from Bidar to Wellington(near ooty). Guy comes 2 weeks in advance has look at stuff and decides the size of truck. On the loading day he suddenly realise he needs bigger truck. The truck comes 12 hours late at midnight. I stay awake to ensure loading. The guy takes FULL MONEY IN ADVANCE, says thats the policy. The truck departs but not tracable for next 5 days. Supervisor has no clue where the truck is. Driver’s number switched off. Staff arrogant and disconnects phone multiple times and after 2 days stop picking up phone. For 5 days three families forced to stay in hotel as no house stuff is available.
Finally when trucks arrive, the driver is different one than who was with truck originally. He says he left Hyderabad on 31st may(instead of promised date of 28 the may). Luggage damaged. Please do not trust this company, they will promise good things till you pay, thereafter you need to fend for yourself. Pathetic service, looting and fleecing people who go by agarwal name. This is fraud agarwal.
