I shipped my all household stuff from Noida to Mumbai on 15th December 2013 through DRS Agarwal Packers and Movers.
I must say that the team who came to our place were all bad mouth guys and they were not even were packing our stuff properly, they got with them just 2-3 meters of bubble wrap and when we were asking them to pack few things carefully they were ready to fight with us.
Instead of truck to load our stuff, there was an auto (kind of Vikram) and then that auto took 3 rounds to take our stuff from our place to warehouse.
Packing started at 11 in the morning and was over at 8.30 PM because they had just one auto which was doing rounds to take our stuff to warehouse. They made us pay 6 thousand rupees extra for insurance for our stuff.

Now, when our stuff reached:
Cartons were all smashed and all our utensils and clothes were coming out of the cartons, fridge and Mirror were not in wooden box when it reached as they promised and even written the same on our bill, all of the below was damaged when it reached us.
Bed was damaged.
Fridge was damaged.
Treadmill was damaged.
60% crockery was broken.
Our brand new almira was damaged.
Lamp shades were damaged.
Wall clocks were all broken.
Mirror was broken.
And many more decoratives and small stuff was broken.
In spite of having insurance of our things, we repeatedly complained them about things but its been 13 days no body has turned up.
They always said our insurance guy will come to inspect things but no body came till date
Why they did insurance when they are not ready to pay for damage ?
Pathetic service from them.
Really disappointed
