NEVER EVER GIVE YOUR CAR TO THESE UNPROFESSIONALS. All "Bade Bhaiya" name is just marketing and zero credibility.
I have learned by burying my own hands, would try not to let this happen to anyone else.
They charged premium owing to the old name in the market. I agreed to that too because my cars safety was more important.
The salesperson asked for a 100% advance. Upon questioning the same, the reply comes sir youre dealing with a listed company. Why are you worried. The guy doesnt realize that I am giving a car which is as good as his annual salary or maybe more. He could also trust me with the money. BUT NO! ITS ME WHO NEEDED THE SERVICE SO YES I AM CAPTIVE.
Now the car is in transit. My first call to the customer care and the lady is very cooperative. Update 1- Your car is still in Bangalore after two days of pick up.
Then I called the Bangalore office. Revised update from Bangalore office - Sir, you dont speak to Hyderabad people. they dont know anything. It is we who are working here not them.
(Well, customer care isnt aware bcz u dont tell them but instead of realizing that, u r speaking ill of your own organization to a customer. AMAZING)
Now after 15 days(thats worth appreciating - the timeliness)
I get a call on 29th Aug 2020, evening 5:30 approx. "Sir please tell me where do you want the delivery"
Me: "I dont want you guys to take the extra effort so please meet me at the highway since I dont want u driving my car"
Delivery Agent: " Sir I am already coming by driving since the car was in a container only till Patna"(Now I dont know why I was not told about it. Why I was charged till Muzaffarpur when they were using my petrol to deliver to Muzaffarpur.)
I called their service center but as it is, once again I am in a captive state since I need the car not them.
I go to take the delivery.
And then I get the worst sight for me. Condition of the car -
Dirty - The delivery guy says, we got it cleaned before coming here thats why there is water inside the headlight. I showed him a car right in front of him which was cleaned the same morning and had traveled exactly the same distance as he said about my car.
Vapour inside my front headlamp - The excuse given was "we cleaned the car so water went inside"
Well, I have the car for the past 3 years, is cleaned every day but never happened. Must say you used a different technique of cleaning which cracked the headlamp from some joint which is usually sealed otherwise.
Last but not least - Zero Petrol while when it was handed over, the tank was half-filled. The distance traveled was 104 km(including 40 km of a drive of delivery)
AND AS ALWAYS YOU ARE CAPTIVE
YOU CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU NEED THE CAR!
