Agoda & Winnies Resort Review

Hi. I had booked a stay for 2 days ie 6th & 7th Nov at Winnies Resort, kasuali . I was taken ill on 2nd nov and spent days in hospital. I I formed agoda well in advance despite being in hospital to cancel the reservations but they only got back to me after the reservation date was gone. I also had to go through the hassle of sending all my medical paper that showed it was a genuine case but there was no consideration or empathy shown by agoda and after ‘looking into’ the case with all the facts I supplied they refused to change or refund the booking. This shows your company has no morals and no empathy for the very customers you make your money from. Also very short sighted because I would never be returning as a customer and neither will my family or friends who will hear this from me on social media.
