I booked my trip to amritsar on Agoda.com website, booking ID 936325865. Due to prices attraction, we booked Country inn’s, Queens Road considering its Radisson group property. & card was suppose to be charged at hotel. But it was wonder to receive message that card is charged same day, later found that property has no relation with Radisson & It is in deep financials crisis as per other reviews this has happened to other visitors too. While reporting to agoda immediately, agoda refused to accept that card is charged, while sharing email & text messages, Agoda refused everthing & insisted to provide banks statement, Agoda team doesn’t know that transaction statement can not get same day, it takes time to generate statement, it only meant that Agoda wanted to buy time. I recommend never believe Agoda for security of your card. As card details are shared with hotel & hotel can charge your card any time. This is worst experience, ever had with online bookings. I never recommend to book this property as cautios visitor to pay little more & be safe
