I booked AHA cab on 18-Oct-2017 to travel from Delhi Airport to Bareilly.
Booking was confirmed immediately. On travel day morning I called up driver Moni Singh who was very nice to talk with and he confirmed that he will be available at Delhi airport 15 mins before the scheduled time.
So I landed in Delhi and came out of airport. Called him up but to my shock his mobile was switched off.
This the worst feeling you can get when travelling with family.
He was not answering the my call on Aha customer care number as well.
After repeated tries he said that he is not available but he is trying to arrange some other driver.
He kept me waiting for almost an hour before I started making other arrangements.
Their customer care lady also didn’t respond and actually hung up on hearing the incident.
She simply didn’t take further calls.
This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
I was there with my family and had to reach Bareilly urgently and that is why I choose to travel this distance by a cab but the whole experience was really a torture for me and my family standing at the airport and trying to arrange some alternate plan for a long journey of about 280 KMs.
Finally I could get another taxi operator to agree to take my to my home town but because of all this delay I could not reach Bareilly at the scheduled time and missed an important family event.
This company is surely a bunch of cheaters and I really doubt if I’ll get my booking amount back. Yet to follow up with for that.
Cant hope for a compensation. Expecting an apology from them would be a sin.
