I have booked aha taxi on Sunday for Mumbai Pune round trip but they have not send any details of vendor and car prior 2hrs, on customer care we told them we need taxi before 10.00. they told us they will assign it to someone who is nearer t to our pick up point but they have given it to driver who was almost 2 hr far from our pick up point and when we talked to that vendor he was very rude and told us that my driver will first get freshne up and then he will come so it will take 2n 1/2 hr for him to reach we requested on customer care to allot someone closer to our pick up point but they didn’t bother to turn up to customer to resolve their issue and their vendors are really very rouph and rude in talking.after cancelling the trip till they have not refunded my advance. It’s fraud and cheater company. please don’t go for booking. They are looters.cheat the customers.don’t trust on them
