I do know I should write this review or not because it is one of the prestigious and emminent hospital and it provides cheapest medical facilities in india, but my experience was some what opposite.
Last year I had to go to aiims emergency at midnight when I was not able to breathe properly, so my brother took me their, than after filling up form my brother took ke inside, where, there was a long queue, but it is quite ovious because they get paitients from all parts of india, once we get inside one doctor check me and instruct to give me some injection and meditions and he left, and after he left I again feel like I am not able to breathe I call my brother to call that doctor but my brother could not find him as he went to drink tea, so my brother talk to another doctor who was standing next to my stratcher, and showed him what that doctor has written on the prescription slip, but that doctor said it is not his case and he will not do anything , than I litteralty beg him to ateast check me properly again and instruct new medicine if he feels, but he denied again than my brother told him, what if a patients dies, will you not look him, he said yes I wont and I dont care, you go and ask that doc. We were helpless and it hurt as well that they are docters now but lacks in humanity.
Than mt brother went outside of the ward and found that docter, he came and instruct my brother that I need to be given someting to inhale, through that inhaling mashine, immedately, and when my brother said ok sir please give than he said its your job to find that mashine because it is with pharmacy guys, because they have a pharmacy in the emergency, than again my brother was requesting to the pharmacy people to give us that pump so I can get the treatment, and when he couldnot than we decided to go to the other private hospital named national heart centre.
It was horrifying experience for me as I suffered alot and for my brother too, as he was helpless with these non humane junior docters who were talking about sunny leone when I was unable to breathe next to them.
Truly disappointed.
