I have been visiting this hospital since 2020.

Now the question would be if rating is so BAD why am I still going there, that is because doctor’s I have consulted.

Unfortunately they don’t visit anywhere else.

Coming to the hospital again, so as far as OPD’s concerned I don’t know why they like making a chaos, they call people at 11AM when doctor reaches hospital after 1:30PM.

Coming to the hospitalization

We did got hospitalized for planned LACS.

1. They seems to be understaffed with nursing, I did took delux room but even then had to wait for at least 30 mins for anything we ask for the patient.

   
   




2. The nursing staff was not even ready to get food for the patient and it was only after(by luck) owner happened to visit the room and told them strictly to get whatever patient wanted to eat and how much ever.

   
   




3. Unfortunately the new pediatrician doesn’t even bother to examine the new borns personally and relies completely on his sub-ordinates. He hardly spent 10seconds each day of our hospitalization to ask for the child health.

   
   

I am surprised that pediatrician would come at room’s gate and ask "Kaisa hai bachchu" and go away if you say "achcha hai".

My expectation were opposite that he would examine and tell us if the child is good or not.

1. This way the pediatrician could very well work from home:P

   
   




2. The interaction I had with pediatrician it seemed like how a people work when on notice period with 2-3 offers in hand.

   
   




3. The staff is so lethargic that made it evening 6PM for discharge file to reach billing even when each and everyone of them knew date of discharge at least a day before.

   
   




4. Now coming to TPA the Goofers

   
   

I actually went a day before planned hospitalization to make sure the insurance things can be done before time and there won’t be any hassel later. But as they are famous for when I went for the discharge they said that "we are still waiting for initial approval".

I mean what the hell they were doing for 4 days.

And does that mean they allowed the whole treatment to go through without insurance pre-approval and without letting me know about it? It was all thanks to my corporate insurance agent that I could even got things done by night otherwise the TPA has all the plans to make me stay another night.

Conclusion:

Since I was visiting the hospital since 2020 because of 2 doctors, the 1 I will not need anymore and second has moved out from the hospital.

I would at least not visit the hospital any more.
