Air Asia is a fraud company
I had booked PNR CBPJKJ and I found that firstly it cancelled my flight on 27th Nov causing me inconvenience
After 12 to 13 follow ups(now on Jan 21st) I am still awaiting my refund which as per their timelines is
They have the following issues
A) No processes and systems to ensure issue resolution
B) No concept of customer redressal through an escalation matrix
C) It makes money out of cancelling non existent flights and not refunding customers
D) On approaching different departments you get the reply "customer service is not our department!"
