When Air Asia announced that they are starting their operations in India and will provide the cheapest fare, I was very happy since I reside very far from my native place. But since their launch I didn’t find any rates which are cheap.
In totality, one will find other airline price better than they charge.They even charge more for taking a specific seat. The Customer Care service is also down as compared to other airlines. The cancellation policy is pathetic. Baggage adjustment is not considered. They are very strict in this area. They are not like other airlines that can adjust a bit in this area.
I am not at all satisfied with this airlines. I will never ever recommend Air Asia to anyone.
