**Air Asia*** is a Malaysian, low cost carrier true to its tagline "Now everyone can fly". It enables us to fly to any International/domestic destination without burning a hole in the pocket. To make it better, they also come up with a number of SALE during festive seasons. So its a good idea to subscribe to them so that you are notified during such times.
Couple of things to bear in mind while booking seats with this airlines:
If you are a couple/family travelling & would like to be seated together than you got to pay extra for it.
Their seats are quite cramped. If you need a spacious, comfortable seat then you have the option to buy it.
Luggage more than 15kgs is chargeable. Handbags upto 7kgs can be carried into the flight.
Meals is chargeable too & can be booked while booking the tickets.
Do web checkins to avoid extra charges in the airport during your international flights.
I have taken their flight to Singapore & Malaysia. Except the airport they landed in Kuala Lumpur, there is nothing I would whine about. Have booked a domestic travel for upcoming summer. They haven’t got good reputation in India as I read that the ground staff is impolite, don’t know anything what customer service means, air-hostess are untrained for the job, bookings for special seating requirements don’t reach them, suddenly flights are delayed & so on. I will review Air Asia India after my domestic travel.
