This was my first ever experience with air asia and could also be the last one. My flight was from Pune to Bangalore on 15th June, 2015.
I was supposed to take the boarding pass from the ground staff. According to rules you can collect the boarding pass from the counters 40 min before the flight time. My flight was at 7:40 pm.
And I reached airport at 7.02 because of traffic and rain, I was just 2 min late. When I asked for my boarding pass, the guy standing there was not ready to listen even a single word and rudely said that if u should have come 40 min earlier to flight timing. U are late now. I kept on saying please allow me I have a presentation at office tomorrow morning but he didnt listen. He just said I cant do anything.
Also was not ready to give any other flight ticket. No refund, No ticket. Was not at all supportive or helping. I just want to ask AIR ASIA, are u here to provide such kind of customer service, that u cant even help a someone who is just 2 min late.
