On 24th May 2017, I went to Bangaluru from Kolkata through the Air Asia flight. The flight time is around 8:30 pm and I reached the Kolkata airport around 6:45 p.m.After reaching the airport, I got my boarding pass around 7:20 pm and I waited for the boarding time. The ground staffs were very good. They always keep us updated about the flight time. The first appearance of this airline is quite good but I face the problems afterward. The flights delay the flight time about 45 min and it takes me to reach the Bangaluru around 12:55 am by halting Bhubaneshwar. During this time I face horrible experience in the flight that I wish to explain to you. First, the air condition in the flight was not working properly and for that, I feel too hot in the flight. Sometimes it fully stops working and after few minutes it again starts working. the seat quality and the food quality is not so good. In this way I reached Bangaluru and I found that my luggage handle was broken by there carelessly.Immediately I complained to their ground staffs and they said to me that they investigate the problem and if it was true then they give me the fund but they also mention that all the process is happening if I do the insurance on my luggage. at the conclusion, my complaint against my luggage is not working. So I never travel on Air Asia.
