I was almost in tears because of such rude and inhuman behaviour of AirAsia checkin staff - Aditi Verma. I had some 3-4kgs extra baggage and I requested her that I am traveling alone for the first time and that too in the middle of the night, without carrying extra money. I requested again but she literally shouted at me, saying that this is not her problem. these rules are made by airasia and she cannot help or suggest me any way to come out of this situation. never had such worst experience like I had that night. extremely disappointed by airasia and experienced the worst customer support ever!
