Booked BLR - KUL - LANGAWI and back for july this year, in one of their big sales last year. The whole return trip worked out to be about 12K per person, including food and luggage. That was a steal!
All four flights were on time. Check in and immigration was smooth. Food is the best I have had, even compared to the full fare airlines; mainly because of the amout of choice you get if you pre book. Attendants were helpful and polite. Only thing, they stop their food service pretty early - almost 1 hour before landing for a 4 hour flight.
The LCCT terminal in KUL is ok, nothing jazzy. But you have enough food choices. For the price I paid, it was fab service. Would love to buy more tickets during their sales.
