Hello readers interview and today I am going to see my personal experience with air asia it was my business meeting in Dubai in the month of January so for business purposes I have to go Dubai so I booked and ticket in Air Asia Airlines on 27th of January my take off time was 6: 00 p.m. At 5: 00 p.m. I reached airport in Indore It was my very bad and pathetic journey with Air Asia airline why let me tell you
Check - up - counter - it was my very bad experience at checkout counter when I went there I show the staff members who are bargaining what was dinner 2000 rupees for extra luggage charges I have five killo of extra luggage they want me to pay 1000 2000 rupees finally settled at 1500 what are experience there is that they don't have proper amount of extra luggage charges I think they should work on this services.
Stuff - the behaviour of staff is not good because in the aeroplane while I asked the caretaker for serving me food after asking me so many times she replied me add told me that the food is not available now you should wait for 5 to 10 minutes at least any how they don't have proper food services and staff behaviour is so pathetic.
Seating space - before Air Asia I have travelled why so many Airlines but I did not face such kind of problem with anyone they don't have proper sitting I have to face many problems as I cannot move my legs here and there because you are very congested so that make me very tough to my legs sitting space in very short very low.
Puntuality - I think they don't know what the name punctuality is because my take of time was 6: 00 p.m. take off at 7: 00 p.m. I don't know why but they had let me one hour which is very precious for me I think they don't have any responsibilities for their passenger I think they should work on that.
After facing so many difficulties which Air Asia I want to suggest you that there are much more better Airlines through which we can travel but Air Asia is not a good option anyhow you should visit all Airlines search for airlines and after that you should book all my incident in your mind while booking your travelling ticket.
