I had booked a flight with Air Asia from Bangalore to Chandigarh in November but had to cancel due to some last minute emergency.


After cancelling the ticket I raised a ticket fro refund of the money as the customer care told me. He assured me that the refund will be done in 15 working days.


I waited for that period but the return never came, I again called the customer care he said he has escalated the request. After that I called them some 4-5 times for refund everytime they would say that they have escalated the request.


This whole process went for some odd 2 months. I had even posted on there fb page but no action was taken. They would even delete the comment.


And the customer service is pathetic or more than pathetic. After this whole process I had to drop a message to the CEO of AirAsia, and after that he initiated the refund. The whole process took 3 months of frustration. Never ever book a ticket of airasia, they have a pathetic service.
