They are Cheating customers through booking portal

My message to Air Costa management is – this makes a clear case of customer harassment and I will have a strong point in consumer forum. Now it is up to you guys to resolve this in next few hours or face the court.


This is in reference to booking PNR-LB00PXL3 done for my father. The booking was made through Goibibo on 25th March. Due to my father’s health(a senior citizen), I have to reschedule his travel plans and hence cancel the below ticket.


Now the cancellation rules provided in the ticket link in this mail mentions that INR 1000 would be detected.


I first called you guys on 10th May, but to my surprise, I was told by your customer care agent-Dwarika that only Tax part would be returned. This is not mentioned anywhere in any email. I insisted to speak to the supervisor, and a guy called Mark spoke to me. He suggested me to drop an email to this ID with all details. I did that the same instance.


Then on 12th May I called up again and this time a supervisor called Samson spoke to me. Both of these guys acknowledged the fact that there has been a communication miss and Samson assured me that ‘I understand that customer should not suffer in this case. He told me that he will forward this case to the management for a resolution and revert back in a day.


After that I have called AirCosta 3 more times but I haven’t got any further progress on this. When I spoke to Samson today(17th May) at around 3.00 PM, he promised me to call back by 6.00 PM.


I didn’t get any call back(as expected), and later when I called the agent put me on hold for 10 minutes.


I have all the email communications and call details with me.
