4 days back I landed in Mumbai from Bahrain and I had taken the Air-India Express. As I had to come back on an emergency, I had no choice but book on this flight.
I did not like the inflight service. The crew in this aircraft do not have a sense of offering quality service. They are just doing their dutyand do not care for passengers. The food offered between Doha and Mumbai was absolutely lousy. Food was reheated and was not fresh.
Even after boarding the plane from Bahrain, they did not even offer a glass of water. This flight stopped at Doha for refuelling . Bahrain to Doha was covered in 30 mins. One hour halt at Doha. from Doha to Mumbai , it took three hrs. In this sector they offered food which was lousy and stingy. 5 hrs in the plane and the worst air product.
I waited for my tea after meals as I had mixed the sugar and dairy creamer in a thermos cup. They came with coffee and asked me , I said I prefer tea , she told me its coming. I waited for 30 mins and then I had to call the hostess and asked her why did she keep me waiting. . Finally I got it. They have to pulled up . Mouthshut should explain to AIR INDIA EXPRESS OFFICIALS. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.
