I like to inform everyone and also like to raise a complaint all other passenger who travel by Air India Express I had a bad experience when I was travelling from Mangalore to Doha, the staff are so rude and a lot of harassment from stuff till the security in the Mangalore airport trying to open all the packages creating problems to the passengers unnecessarily without any strong reason .
it has been noticed that the new to make money is that for excess baggage weight where they have the electronic weighing machine is to 5 kg is more than the normal usually vvr packages from our manual weighing machine which may have some error considering this and taking this point in mind we reduce our things much more than the luggage allowance to avoid the charge of excess luggage but still everyone find the weight more than what expect so the airport make a good profit of discharging rupees 475 per kg and next thing is that after boarding the flight they don’t provide any kind of food on a glass water for hours after the take up .
Where we find and waste of time due to flight is at 7 a.m and we had to report to the airport at 5 a.m without a proper breakfast meanwhile I would like to tell you that I had booked my flight at 8 A.M and at last moment I was lucky enough to know that have called me and inform me the flight time has changed to 7 a.m or else it would be another problem that is is the flight
