I have been using the Airindia Service from years to travel from Kochi-Dubai and this time I have to cancell the tickets multiple times and the customer service folks never bothered me to cancell the tickets and I lost all the money. I have tried accessing their website and tried calling all the numbers contenously for more than 3 days and not even once the call was answered. They have also mentioned a poor civilians number on their website and that person is fed up of getting calls on his personal mobile. Think how cheap and irresponsible Air India is.
To solve my problem I sent enormous emails and none from Air India responded till my ticket was expired. Nobody bothered to inform me about the refund process.
At this point I am ready to shell out more money to Avail the best service offered by Emrates. I will ensure that none from my Family and my business partners use the Air India any more. GoodBye AirIndia Sexpress
