Hello friends my name is Anmol and today I will be there by 2 and very bad experience with Air India Express I am a businessman and for startup purpose I need to go Singapore it was the month of February on 2nd of February and Air India Express from Mumbai to Singapore it was very bad experience of mine with Air India Express I am going to let me explain you.
Check up counter- there was an old man who was checking luggage is luggage was 2 kg extra packed so staff members at bargaining with that old man for 1000 or 2000 rupees and finally the centre is at 1500 rupees they don't have proper extra charges amount for extra languages I think I should work on that.
Staff attitude - I travel from so many Airlines but I had never found such kind of bed behaviour from staff my daughter and cold drink from a lady standing there any caretaker after requesting a so many time she replied me and she gave me the cold drink with a very bad friend totally disgusting behaviour with the experience from that girl that lady.
Sitting space - very congested sitting space it makes me very uncomfortable to move my legs here and there because seats are very congested I think they should also work on sitting space for a good journey of passenger.
Punctuality - I think I don't know what it means because my take off time 11: 00 a.m. but the take off the plane at 12: 00 a.m. I don't know why but but I am lost by 1 hour precious time by the disgusting services after that I never travel Air India Express because it was my very bad experience with Air India Express daily I was very angry on that day.
Therefore I want to suggest you that before booking any airlines please make sure that the airline punctuality proper stop attitude and proper sitting space but I will never recommend you for Air India Express because the all things the did not have on the same range you will find very good Airlines rather than Air India Express so I will never let you go Air India Express.
