I have travelled with Air India just once and never dared to travel again-
AC was not working most of the times
One of the passengers found an insect in the meal and he made huge hue and cry over it
Crew was rude to that passenger
Crew was not responding to Request alarms and was most of the times attending business class passengers only
Flight got delayed by 1 hr
No inflight entertainment
So, I would never eecommend anyone to travel by this airline unless there is no other option available. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience in just 2 hrs of Pune-Delhi bound flight.
