A feo months ago I had to fly in a domestic flight and only airindia was the option.
Mistakenly choose the wrong dates to fly and when I asked customer care to help me and change the dates or cancel the ticket and return my money, they clearly denied at the very begining, I didnt get anything in return.
And when I flew later with the right dates their flight was like a small local plane, firstly I had to wait for 2 hrs from the flight right time.
They serve a good service in bigger flight I think but for a short journey their were one one attender in the flight.
This was the worst experience if I compare with other private companies airlines.
I always prefer people with my experience but truly I would say not to take this for a short journey. Airindia is not a good choice.
