Oh no! the worst air line experience I have ever travelled through. First of all the behaviour of check in staff , they are so frustrated and tensed which seems that they are not properly trained to handle difficult situations.
Ok, so if we talk about facilities then seating space or the seat is not perfect at all as they are so tight and compactly placed in old fashioned way seems to be very disappointing.
It sometimes feels like if you are travelling in an old bus having third class service from crew members as they are not at all attentive as particularly the staff serving food as they not only knowing about the types of food serving.
