Personally I dont like this plane service, but I am travelled from dubai to india one time I think! I think most of the people using this service because of availability of ticket or cheap ticket fair than other flights . but I feel service of crew s are not bad . main problem of this plane cant sitt well in seat beacuse spaces between seats raw are very limited . not too comfortable journey. I submitt my review one time now am editing I dont know why my review disapproved . I have a right to express my opinion like this service or not
