The Air India, this aviation company is running so many planes and such an old company but not able to maintain the jets properly. I travelled to a place with Air India. The very 1st impression was not so good. The seat where I was seating, it’s hand rest was broken and I had to drink water I called the attendant but she was unable to hear me. The plains are needed to be cleaned properly and maintained.
