One of the worst customer oriented

I am having two experience to share with you people.


1) Once I planned to travell by this airlines. At that time I was going for my engagement. My flight got delayed by 8-9 hrs. Because of these junk people my engagement got postponed to next day. If flight is getting delayed they should communicate properly. There was no proper communication. Some one told us there is technical problem and someone was saying someone is not feeling well, Someone was saying these is fuel shortage.


Finally they told us to sit in flight. but flight took 2 hours to take-off. This reason was also not explained to us. There was no componsation offered from those people. One word for this airlinse is "ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE"


2) I was booking ticket online in this fligjt. my payment was successfull but ticket was not booked. Their website is really bad. Atlest they should show this thing in FAILED booking. but it is not being shown. I tried contacting customer care person. But there is no response. I don’t know what to do?
