I was having no problem in the second council has represented airport and it went around smoothly the problems faced in India was about the accommodations and the staff behaviour. Kristoff did not ask about anything while travelling to Delhi from Dumdum but they were full conscious to sell their products while travelling. What actually happened while travelling whats that some other passenger was sitting on my seat and when I asked him to get up, then at first he neglected me but then I decided to tell the airhostress about this but amazingly they were also in that passenger support and they told me to sit in another seat. So by this I was totally broken. She wanted to ask Air India it is there not any provision to sit in the seats. If yes then why it happened with me. So by this incident I got that there is no punctuality in Air India. Sitting space is good but not proper and luxury for all. The provision of newspaper and earphones are also not available and as calling or using phone is not allowed so one have to switch on the airplane mode due to which we dont have any cellular network so we cant watch any video online or listen to any music but due to no earphones we were unable to do this to so there was no mode of entertainment in Air India. And the responses of the stuff in the plane I also not positive and good they do not want to answer there passengers and solve their queries in time. And there is no writing pad or stand too, to make any list or to write anything while travelling. I also think that Air India should upgrade the comfortability and accommodations of the seat. They should make separate compartments of each another sheet so that no other can interfere in it.Ultimately I didnt have a good experience in Air India and I dont think that it will be a good choice for us for travelling in future. According to me I think that plane is not up to the mark as needed to be. At last I would thank mouthshut as it is a great platform to tell our incidents and experiences in a form of review to make other people conscious about it.
