The only reason I fly with Air India is because it provides free lunch, dinner or breakfast. Also the tickets are very cheap and affordable. Although the staffs ( air hostess) are well behaved most of them are very old ( around 30 to 45 years) unlike Indigo where air hostess are young and vibrant.
What I don’t like about this Airline is that seats are not clean and tidy unlike Indigo.
The bottom line is each Airlines has its own pros and cons.
It is up to you what suits you the best.
