I am frequent flyer of Air India. As I Always need to travel from Nagpur to Mumbai and other city so I opted on this airline. Seating arrangement is good. It has nice leg space and we can comfortably enjoy our journey. Staff is good and polite. Yes, they are old age, but that provides best hospitality.
Flights are aften clean. I Had a experience justifying cleanses while traveling from Rajkot to Mumbai, when we was in flight some passenger tear their papers and throwing in air everywhere in flight laughing aloud. air hostess came and said they are doing bad. they will inform security on landing. such passenger make your journey a mess. One should prefer this Air India Airline if he wants comfort in seating, leg space and overall good experience.
