Horrible experience. The plane was old and smelled like a musty hotel room. Seat backs were cracked & seats uncomfortable as cushions were worn down. I was traveling with my mother and neither of our televisions worked-for a 15 hour flight! And even if we could have watched a movie, they were all really old-the newest one was from 2014. Two bathrooms didn’t work, and my bell to reach an attendant also didn’t work.
On the flight home, the attendant with whom we checked in was rude and would not allow our bags as carry on even though they were allowed on the way there.seats are very bad even multimedia was not working
Overall-NEVER AGAIN.
Two good things-food was good and plentiful. Flights were on time.
