Air India needs to pull up their socks in order to compete in the market. I have travelled from Chennai to Jodhpur via Mumbai. It was a pathetic experience. The flight was delayed by 3 hours. Check-in counters are good. Flight attendants are co-operative. Seating space has always been a problem for me since long time. Legroom can be increased a bit. The food was average, needs to improve it. Overall, Air India needs a lot of improvement.
