EMERGENCY LANDING AT NAGPUR Flight was from VIAZG TO DELHI (AI452) This flight was almost for 2hrs, had to start at 8.45am and reach by time near 11 am. The plane had to land NAGPUR (Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport)due to technical snag which is fine, next plane they provided had some break issues which was another waste of time and passengers had to get off of the plane. AIRINDIA is pathetic, useless and totally unacceptable, they provided passengers with pathetic food at NAGPUR AIRPORT while passengers waited at AIRPORT, leave food they just couldnt arrange for another flight for passengers for next 12hrs (passengers should have reached to Delhi by 11am 27-05-2013 but actually they reached 2.15am 28-05-2013)
Every 3hrs passengers were told that flight would be arranged in next 2hrs But again the flight they got was almost after 12hrs. AIRINDIA OFFICIALS ASKED TO TAKE A REFUND AND BOARD ANOTHER FLIGHT TO DELHI I GUESS THEY DONT KNOW HOW MUCH IT COSTS FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT ON SAME DAY BOOKING My aunt was on board and I had to wait almost 13-14hrs in my car to pick her up from IGI T3 just because AIRINDIA was unable to provide right information about timings for next flight to Delhi it costed me a lot as I run a business I almost travel 7-8 times from Airindia in an year which I should think upon from next year they costed me time and money. I would not be dealing with them anymore. TOTALLY PATHETIC USELESS AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO USE AIRINDIA ANYMORE
