I always travell during my vacation time to different destinations. I always look for the flights which is having cheap tickets. Once I prefered to travell in air india by looking to their ticket coast. That was my first time experience with air india. I was very unhappy with the flight crew, ground staff and air india receptionist. They were not at all doing their jobs properly.
Receptionist was taking soo much time to complete the procedures and not at all taking comfartably with the customers. Ground staffs were not able to guide us properly. After getting into the plane the way from mumbai to kerala was very tirey because of uncomfartable seats and improper sear placements and the airhoates were not active.
At last, after getting out of plane. I decided will not even try to fly in air india.
