Air travel always has very high expectations from the customer as this is the most luxurious way to travel.
Sadly, AirIndia runs this organization no less or no better than Indian-Railways.No reputation for its customer service, no values & no mission in this organization.
I was one of the effected passenger due to the senseless & ridiculous strikes by AI pilots as my Bangalore-Frankfurt was delayed & my Bangalore-Delhi flight was cancelled!
The airline customer care very carelessly & without any concerns suggested me to book on my own & reach Delhi to catch my Frankfurt flight!
I had to shell out additional 15, 000 Rs for this & I have little hopes of getting back the money from AI.
The flight in Delhi also started 1 hour late!
The "aged-aunties aka air-hostess" welcome you with their trademark stares-all-over -your-body and would also order you to close the overhead stowage doors.
They seem to have an attitude of doing favours to the customers by flying them.
Every AI employee should realize that the money they get & food they eat is from every Indians tax money. They should value this & serve with utmost humility, honesty & dedication which would reward them. Their attitude & hopeless customer-service would drive everyone away & they would all be jobless very soon & I do hope every employee of AI realizes this.
One of the good thing about AI is the vegetarian food they serve & their flight condition seems to be very good on international circuits.
I am ashamed as an Indian to talk about AI outside our country. AI is ridiculed & condemned & also laughed at by many foreigners.
Its time to buck up & learn soon before the shutters of AI are down!
