Air India is not that great airline but as per Indian passenger its an Indian airline so they think its good.The maintained of the aircraft is not that great.The service provided by them is not so great and the prices of air India tickets are high most of the times.
The seats of air India is not comfortable at all.The service provides by them on the airport also is not that great and they don’t take good care of their passengers.The food provided by the airline is not good stall.They are mostly not punctual at they are normally late in taking off and it takes more time to reach the destination compared to other flights.The flight attendants doesn’t take that good care of the passenger.
