Being a national/government carrier, there are no big expectations from this airline but still overall a good airline as compared to other low cost airlines.
Plus point is its network, that is, its reach is quite good even to places like Ladakh and north east region. Seating is excellent. More leg room between the seats so you won’t feel cramped or exhausted.
Cabin crew is good and well behaved although the ground staff is a bit arrogant. Food is also average.
Overall its a decent airline but it has to go a long way in reaching international standards.
