Air India is not punctual in time even on it’s own Ground with seperate Airport. The Airlines Business is a world class business but Air India staff has done bad to worse bt taking bribes for confirmation of Ticket and Excess Luggage allowed. Further, the service inside the Air Craft is also not Satisfactory, , , It is found that Air India Staff in the Air-craft serve best to the Forien Citizens and they behave poorly with Indian Citizens. This is the reason people prefer other Airlines. India Citizens are travelling in Air India only when they don;t get confirm seat in an alternate Airlines or for the difference of rate. Air India ! PLease try to serve better to Indians.
