Air India ....had heard from lots of people not to travel Air India... then I just went on the intuition ’’How bad cud it be’’ well I don’t regret I did... when it cums to....
1) Food.. Found the food alright... nuthing gr8 or nuthin’ bad about it. dosen’t taste like what ur mom wud make but no complaints about the food either!!
2) Attendants they mind their own business as long as we mind ours!! hey why shud we complain about dat right!! But can’t say they are rude I found the crew pleasant...’n friendly enough... they don’t cum and ask every few hrs.. ki behanji, aapko kuch chahiyeee???? some people expect them to do dat... if u need sumthin’ they are there to help ya...
3) Punctuality here goes the part where I gotta complain but not Too much.. Air india has been Punctual most of the times but the last time around my flight was delayed nearly for 11 hrs!!!! and worst of all they were not gonna provide any accommodation!! how more ridiculous cud it get!!! we were supposed to wait in the transit Lounge... But hey I can only remotely complain ’coz at the check in counter they said I cud take another flight and I wud reach US at the same time..... the only problem being Ki I had to fly via London (was supposed to fly via Paris) and to another airport too!!! Well it was fine with me as long as I did not have to wait in the transit lounge for 11hrs which wud seem like 4ever!!! So finally I reached US at the same time but at a different airport!! JFK instead of Newark!!! not half bad... I just had to ask my ride to change my pick up airport!!!
4) Check-in counter ohh gotta say this I find the Airport check in crew in India more friendlier that the desi’s here at Newark!!!
5) Well inside the flight, with passengers ’n crew it’s kinda like home 2... kyon ki sab ghar ke hi log hai!!!
6) cleanliness.... well don’t have much of complaining to do about dat either... they try guys!!! u gotta give ’em a break right!!! it’s like almost a 18/19 hr flight with N no. of passengers.. what do u expect...but they do clean the flight in and out at where ever they change the crew!!!
But Be Sure To Call 72 hrs in advance ’n confirm ur reservation!!!
...’n frankly I find my air India experience be better than most of my friends who travelled on other airlines!!! ’n I have tried international carriers too... but my experience with Air India was not half as bad as everyone says!!
