Once I have been traveling through air india I was wating on airport the flight first delayed for 1 hr after that we waited for 1 hr it got delayed again for 1 hr I was travelling for business work I was getting late and they made me wait for 2 hr at airport itself so I was totaly disappointed from airline services then I decided that I would never travel again in air india overall I would not prefer air india.
