Air India is big airlines company but they dont provide any facility to customer during journey. Air India is too costly as compared to other airlines so we can say that its provide average facility to customer.
All air India staff is totally frustrated people bcz they dont provide any facility , but rest of the review is good and its all depends on the staff that how he is behave with customer.
