The worst experience I have ever got with a cab service is from airlift. I had an early flight so had to book airlift for 3.30am pickup. Bigest mistake I did.
First of all the driver was shouting over phone that he was waiting at the pickup point. We reached the pickup point ( mantri flora at outer ring road-sarjapura jn) on time and the cab was not there. the cab reached 5 minutes late.
Then he started saying, he thought it was anothr mantri and started shouting at me un necessarly. I asked whether he was not aware of the airlift’s standard pickup points and why he is shouting like this to a lady, he said keep my mouth shut or else he will hit me and will throw me out of the cab. Then he started saying so many abusive words in local language (which I cant translate here). He didnt even had the minimum decency to talk to a lady.Please dont use airlift its not safe. There is no way to complain or report in case of such incidents.
