Airlift are totally unprofessional uncaring and most importantly unreliable.
See this sequence of events I faced:
1- booking
2- no cab sire
3- no answer of complaint/no refund
4- no respect for customers or Government
5- a threat a nexus?
1) Booking

2- No cab sire
After booking, I was waiting for the cab early in the morning, noone turned up! I made the following complaint, as well as numerous phone calls.

Complaint:
I made the booking as shown below in the booking receipt. I was waiting for your cab on the date as shown in booking ie 6th june. no cab came! after waiting 1/2 hr, I called up your helpline, and got a shocking reply. You person said your booking is on 15th of june and not today. On making several request for pick up, there was no help whatsoever from your side. I almost missed my flight, and had to pay a premium 1000/- Rs bill to reach there through some taxi.
You have taken the payment of 337/- already. I want compensation for this lapse on your side.
I have called up your helpline and have reported this complaint many times now. Each time I was told that your manager will call me etc, but no one responded. This is the last time I am complaining with you. Next step will be official complaint to various consumer forums and govt. websites. along with negative reviews at all IT bulletin boards including infosys, wipro and other IT companies. If you cant provide customer care, and cant correct your mistakes, you deserve to lose business.
Hope you wake up in time and give me proper compensation for your mistake.

See the complaint. Not to mention, no response came. Only assurance that management will speak to you, when I called them.
4- No respect for customer and government
Finally tired of complaining, I wrote to GOVT OF INDIA… See this self explanatory chain email:
Not to mention, even after calling them coupe of times more after this email, no action. Total shamelessness…

5- A threat a nexus?
One very important thing I want to mention. The day when I was waiting for this cab in early morning. Another QUALIS turned up with dark glasses. I couldn’t see anyone but driver in it in dim traffic lights near the place I was standing. They can 15 minutes after the time when the cab was to come. The driver of that QUALIS was asking me about the route to AIRPORT. He was looking like a shabby driver, and I could see no logic of his presence and asking for AIRPORT route. That driver was almost trying to lure me into getting in by the way he was asking.
This was suspicious:
-what a cab and a driver doing at this remote part of Bangalore asking for airport route.
-the airport route was quite simple. 50kms away, but straight roads.
-that person driving cab wasn’t having a company cab and wasn’t looking like he is flying himself.
-dark glasses
-Why near the AIRLIFT PICKUP SPOT.
I didn’t answer him and walked towards a guard of a store, sleeping outside. He sped away when I moved towards the guard. I am sure there were people hidden in that QUALIS. I am not sure whether AIRLIFT or their employees are/were involved. Cab crimes are common in Bangalore. And this modus operandi of aiming at PICK UP points, and try to lure stranded customers of AIRLIFT looks good on paper. I am not blaming airlift due to lack of proof. But beware guys.

Back to complaint, I have no hope of justice here… So AIRLIFT can gladly stay as shameless as they are. I wont be using their services ever atleast.
